It can be frustrating to be caught in between the cross fire of incompatibility - hardware, software, plug ins, patches, wi-fi connectivity, fonts, printing issues and so on. Whether this is a hardware fault or a set up issue is irrelevant to us. We do not differentiate between these things. We prefer to focus on the person and getting you back to work as quickly and smoothly as possible.
We provide comprehensive and proactive support agreements tailored to the demands of your business and budget.
Bespoke support plan options include:-
- Immediate helpdesk remote support from our instant response desk during office hours
- Extended hours service or 24/7 365 (or 366 on occasions!)
- Software and hardware issues included
- Spare part provision if required
- Standard on site response within 2, 4 or 8 working hours
- Installation of loan equipment if required
- Monitoring of key services with software detection capability
- Regular on site technician days if required
